TRIO JOURNAL INTIME

Founded in 2006, the French trio performs chamber music as well as complex improvised music. The ensemble moves freely across the borderlands of many genres, performing both original compositions and bold arrangements, collecting unique experiences in the infinite world of sound. Members of the trio have collaborated with such artists as Jacques Higelin, André Minvielle, Fred Pallem and Le Sacre du Tympan, Denis Charolles and La Campagnie des Musiques à Ouïr, Éric Lareine and Tony Hymas. They have also played with Rodolphe Burger, Marc Ducret and Vincent Peirani.

Combining extraordinary technique with inexhaustible energy and a daring sense of adventure, Trio Journal Intime has made a mark on the European jazz scene with their wild music containing elements of dance, singing, whisper and cries, consistently contributing the new and electrifying ode to acoustic music.
