New Music Incubator – concert
For three days, twenty Nordic and European composers, musicians, and sound artists have collaborated in making music in Konstancin, south of Warsaw. Every day they have created new works in groups, premiering them on the same evening. New groups every day, nobody works with the same person twice.
On the fourth day, the music will be premiered at this concert. As all music will be composed the same day it is performed, and the selection of the participants is still in process, the program will be presented at the concert. But we can promise new, daring and surprising music; sounds encountered never before.
On 19 February 2018, the project will conclude with a public concert in Molenbeek, Brussels. The New Music Incubator Konstancin Concert is organised by Swedish composer and musician Martin Q. Larsson, in collaboration with ECSA and Warsaw Autumn, and with support from the Nordic Council of Ministers, Society of Authors ZAiKS, and Creative Europe.
