trickle down - Andrew Noble
A single, fixed, only partially realisable bar of music repeated, always necessarily only partially heard, constantly changing as different parts are omitted. A fixed image, repeated, of which ever-changing areas are obscured. It is alarming how similar neoliberal, trickle-down economics rhetoric can be to a prevalent, institutional “high art” discourse, regarding the reception of this culture in societies.
