Muzyczna kuchnia (Musical Kitchen) (Dagna Sadkowska)

Musical workshops for children aged between 4 and 7. They are based on new instrumental techniques and contemporary music, and aimed at stimulating the senses, developing the musical imagination, improving sensitivity to sound and awakening the creativity of youngsters. The musical kitchen will also link directly to the musical events taking place at the Warsaw Autumn 2012 festival. The children will have the opportunity to enter the world of a musical composition and its first performance, participating in an activity based on a film recording of the orchestra rehearsing that very work.

Some of the topics present in the workshops programme: score, improvisation, orchestra, concertmaster.
