She graduated in philosophy from Warsaw University, and later from the harp class of Urszula Mazurek and the composition class of Zbigniew Bagiński at the Fryderyk Chopin Music University in Warsaw. Since 2013 she is a PhD student in composition at the Music Academy in Cracow. In 2006 she was a composer-in-residence at the OMI International Arts Center in New York. She won the 1st Prize and at Honourable Mention in the Tadeusz Baird Competition for Young Composers and the 2nd Prize at the Adam Didur Competition in Sanok. Her compositions have been performed notably at the Warsaw Music Meetings, Premieres Festival in Katowice, Sinfonia Varsovia’s Musical Seasons and Summer Concerts at Grochowska Street. As a harpist, she has performed with flutist Anna Karpowicz in the new music duo Fl-Ar.Art. She has appeared at festivals such as Warsaw Autumn, Sacrum Profanum, Audio Art, Laboratory of Contemporary Music, and Warsaw Music Meetings.
