Stage director and member of regieSTUDIO at the Frankfurt Theatre. During her studies at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt am Main in 2007–11, she took part in projects for the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar, Hamburg’s Thalia Theater, Heidelberger Schlossfestspiele, and Heidelberg’s Stückemarkt. Since 2011 she has staged at Frankfurt Theatre: Schlafes Bruder (based on a novel by Robert Schneider), Eine Teufeliade (after Mikhail Bulgakov’s short story), and recently Silent Noise (a drama based on the biography of Sylvia Plath), What Would Vitali Do (referring to the figure of Vitali Klitschko) and Moscow-Petushki (after a novel by Venedikt Yerofeyev) at Saarländisches Staatstheater Saarbrücken, Theater Osnabrück, Thomas Bernhard Institut Salzburg, and on other stages.
Spieltrieb (after a novel by Juli Zeh) at Theater Bonn and her original project No.Where.Wanna.Be at Frankfurt Theatre are just two of her several premieres upcoming in 2015–16. Laura Linnenbaum is a member of the Frankfurt-based artistic group PLAY-Plattform and the leader of the Mixed Reality Theatre Society.
