Iwaszkiewicz, Paweł

studied flute and recorder playing with Michael Meltzer in Jerusalem, followed by studies with Ricardo Kanji and Robert Ehrlich. He has worked with numerous ancient music ensembles, recording over 30 CDs. Apart from baroque music, he also performs modern, Renaissance, medieval, and traditional repertoire on the recorder, shawm, and bagpipe.

He has authored music for the stage, and has founded and directed the Dancerye and Open Folk ensembles as well as The Plague Times Orchestra. He has given concerts notably in Germany, France, Russia, Japan, and Taiwan. He is also a graduate of the Law Department of the Warsaw University.
