Contemporary music is for children too
After two successful editions, Poland’s first contemporary music festival for children returns with a bang. Among numerous great events, we will present the well-known story of the little shoe monger, but drawn directly from folkloric sources. Reworked in a chamber opera version for singing violinist and mirror reflections. This show will be directed by Tadeusz Wierzbicki and Tadeusz Wielecki. At the Zachęta National Gallery of Art, a meeting with the Kwartludium ensemble will draw children into a realm of musical magic. There will be musical surprises at the Royal Łazienki Park, including a percussion concert of the Hob-beats Percussion Group at the playground, and a special interactive installation by Lidia Zielińska at the Temple of Sybil..

As in past years, there will be a rich spectrum of modern musical experiences aimed at both children and parents.
