Punkty słyszenia (Points of Hearing) (Tadeusz Wielecki)
Just as sometimes we only hear a bit of someone’s conversation, it happens that we only grasp a few notes or fragments of music played e.g. behind a wall or reaching from the nearby street through a half-open window. I very much like these situations. From these overheard bits, I create a new whole.
I tried to compose a work that would be a projection of such places, points of hidden, ambiguous music that nevertheless exists in all its determinedness.
