Guziołek-Tubelewicz, Ewa
Sound producer, she graduated in sound production from the Fryderyk Chopin Music Academy in Warsaw (1982). She has worked at the Polish Radio Experimental Studio since 1983. She has made recordings for the Polish Radio during festivals such as Misteria Paschalia, Sacrum Profanum, Wratislavia Cantans, New Tradition, Warsaw Autumn, Musica Polonica Nova, and Musica Electronica Nova. She has produced the electronic layer for many award-winning compositions, including Paweł Mykietyn’s Epiphora (1st Prize at the International Rostrum of Electroacoustic Music in Amsterdam in the young composers category, 2006). She has recorded CDs such as Mykietyn’s St Mark Passion (National Audiovisual Institute), Krzysztof Penderecki and Johnny Greenwood’s Threnody for the Victims of Hiroshima (Nonesuch), Agata Zubel’s Not I (Kairos) and Cascando (CD Accord), Piotr Orzechowski’s Pianohooligan: Experiment: Penderecki and 15 Studies for the Oberek (Decca Classics). She was the recording producer of Włodek Pawlik’s soundtrack for the film Reverse. She also specialises in multichannel sound projection, notably during Warsaw Autumn concerts.
